We prefer to be the first “line of defense” for any problems you encounter.
CPU Automation provides phone/email support for all the products we sell without a fee.
If there is a question or issue you have that we don’t know how to resolve; we will initiate a call/email with that manufacturer’s support team and will come up with a solution jointly with them.
For a customer using a new product purchased from us; we offer a free “kick-start” session where we would come to your facility and get you “up-to-speed” on how to use and deploy that product. This session typically lasts 2-4 hours.
If desired we can provide additional “hands on” assistance” as a service.
