Ring Lights
Any angle can be created with CCS's unique flexible circuit boards. The required irradiance is ensured by radiating direct light towards the center of the workpiece. These Ring Lights have "easy to use", "bright", and "uniform" characteristics. There are 6 series with 105 different models.
The product lineup includes abundant size variations, full color (RGB) models, and satisfying accessories such as the Light Joint Brackets. LEDs are embedded around a light-guiding diffusion plate. LEDs can also be mounted perpendicular to a flat circuit board.
Bar Lights
Emitting surface with LEDs arranged in straight lines radiate direct light.
Some models have a built-in controller to switch between overdrive lighting and constant lighting, and are applicable for long-distance irradiation.
There are 4 series with 335 different models.
Low Angle Style Lights
Provides direct light at a low angle from an angled emitting part.
At a low angle, these Ring Lights can be used to highlight and image the characters and scratches in a dark field.
At a high angle, these Ring Lights can be used to uniformly image the entire workpiece in a bright field.
LEDs are mounted perpendicularly on a line-shaped board and arranged in a ring or square facing horizontally. There are 3 series of low angle square lights with 46 different models. There are 4 series of low angle ring lights with 58 different models.
Flat Lights
Light from the LEDs that are arranged around the periphery of the square shaped light-guiding diffusion plate passes through the plate and produce diffused illumination.
These Light Units are applicable to high-speed production lines to enhance productivity. There are 2 series with 116 different models.
Coaxial Lights
These Coaxial Lights have a half mirror to align the diffused light from the LED array to the same optical axis as the camera lens.
They can also provide collimated lighting from behind the workpiece.
This suppresses the wraparound of light and enables precise dimension measuring and appearance inspection. There are 4 series with 56 different models.
Dome Lights
These Dome Lights combine the features of three types lighting: dome lighting, low-angle lighting, and coaxial lighting.
Having a composite structure for both diffused and coaxial illumination. Each type of lighting can be adjusted as you need.
Unique heat-dissipating available. There are 4 series with 46 different models.
Line Lights
Compact and high-power LED Lights for line scan applications. These Line Lights achieve high illuminance and high uniformity. Error detection function helps you avoid accidents.
